1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website innerwhisper.io and the purchase of digital audio products offered by InnerWhisper. By placing an order or using this website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
InnerWhisper is operated as a sole proprietor business. The operator can be contacted at contact@innerwhisper.io for any questions or concerns relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of this website.
2. Products and Purchases
InnerWhisper offers personalised digital audio products for purchase through the website at innerwhisper.io. By completing a purchase the customer is buying a single digital audio file created specifically for them based on their submitted voice recording and selected preferences.
All purchases are one-time payments. InnerWhisper does not offer subscription plans. Each audio product is a separate purchase.
The following affirmation bundles are currently available:
• Wealth
• Health
• Confidence
Background music options include ocean waves, acoustic guitar, Tibetan bowls, om humming, rain, and binaural beats.
InnerWhisper audio products are intended for personal use for purposes including but not limited to sleep, meditation, relaxation, and personal development. They are not medical or therapeutic products and are not a substitute for professional mental health support.
3. User-Generated Content
Users of InnerWhisper may create and upload content in the form of audio recordings through the website. By submitting a voice recording the user confirms the following:
• The recording contains only the user's own voice, or the voice of a third party for whom the user has obtained explicit prior written consent to use for the purpose of AI voice cloning.
• The user holds the full right to submit the recording for this purpose.
• The submitted content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law.
• The user takes full legal responsibility for any voice recordings submitted that belong to third parties.
InnerWhisper reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where submitted content is believed to be in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Voice Recordings and Data
Submitted voice recordings are used solely for the purpose of creating the customer's personalised audio product. While in our system all voice recordings are stored in encrypted form to ensure the security of your data.
All original voice recordings are permanently deleted within 48 hours of the completed audio being delivered to the customer. InnerWhisper will never store, share, sell, or use voice recordings for any purpose beyond fulfilling the customer's order.
5. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through the InnerWhisper website at innerwhisper.io. To complete an order the customer must:
• Provide a valid email address
• Submit a voice recording of sufficient quality and duration as specified on the order page
• Select an affirmation bundle and background music preference
• Complete a one-time payment via Stripe
An order is considered confirmed upon successful payment. The customer will receive an email confirmation to the address provided at checkout.
All prices are displayed on the website at the time of ordering and are listed in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. InnerWhisper does not store any payment card information. By completing a purchase the customer agrees to Stripe's Terms of Service.
InnerWhisper reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
6. Delivery
Completed audio files are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout within 24 hours of the order being placed and a valid voice recording being received. InnerWhisper will make every reasonable effort to meet this timeframe.
If a voice recording is of insufficient quality to produce a satisfactory result, InnerWhisper may contact the customer to request a new recording before proceeding with the order.
Delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand. In such cases the customer will be notified by email.
7. Refunds and Technical Issues
As InnerWhisper products are custom digital goods created specifically for each individual customer, all sales are final once the audio has been delivered.
If the delivered audio contains a clear technical error, for example a corrupted file, an incorrect bundle, or a voice clone that bears no resemblance to the submitted recording, the customer is entitled to contact InnerWhisper at contact@innerwhisper.io within 48 hours of delivery. InnerWhisper will assess the issue and where appropriate will reproduce the audio at no additional cost.
Refunds or reproductions will not be issued on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction with the product, a change of mind, or any reason not related to a verifiable technical failure.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the InnerWhisper website, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, affirmation scripts, website design, copy, and all associated materials, are the exclusive property of InnerWhisper. All rights are reserved. Nothing on this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without the prior written permission of InnerWhisper.
The InnerWhisper name and logo are trademarks of InnerWhisper. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
The personalised audio file delivered to the customer is licensed for personal use only. It may not be resold, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose.
9. Copyright Infringement Notices
InnerWhisper respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. If you believe that any content submitted through InnerWhisper infringes your copyright or the copyright of a third party, please notify our designated Copyright Agent in writing at the following address:

Your notice should include a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, a description of the material you claim is infringing, your contact information, and a statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner. InnerWhisper will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
10. Disclaimer
InnerWhisper audio products are designed for personal wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Results may vary between individuals. InnerWhisper makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from the use of its products.
Customers with existing medical or mental health conditions are advised to consult a qualified professional before use.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InnerWhisper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products. InnerWhisper's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.
13. Changes to These Terms
InnerWhisper reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at innerwhisper.io. Continued use of the website or purchase of products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
